可疑诊断检索技术体系的建立与应用

Construction and Application of Suspected Diagnosis Retrieval Technology System

为了实现让可疑诊断具有与肯定诊断同样直接而高效的全方位查询和检索功能,同时又有对可疑诊断自身的剔除能力,本文分三个步骤为可疑诊断建立了检索技术体系,第一步是确定"扩展码+索引标识"为该体系的编码方法与标识方法;第二步是设置可疑诊断疾病名称的书写格式和扩展码的扩展方法;第三步是建立"扩展码+索引标识"的使用方法。本检索技术体系的建立方法不需要额外增加计算机技术,直接用广东省病案统计软件的功能就能达到研究目的 ,操作简单,易于推广,具有实用性、科学性、先进性,有明显的专业价值和临床应用价值。

In order to let suspected diagnosis achieve direct and high efficiency omnibearing inquiry and retrieval functions like positive diagnosis with self-rejecting of suspected diagnosis,this paper builds retrieval technology system for it by three steps.First step is to confirm extended code＋ index tag as the coding method and tag method of this system;second step is to set writing form of suspected diagnosis disease name and extended method of extended code;third step is to set usage method of ＂extended code＋ index tag＂.The construction method of this retrieval technology does not need extra increase computer technology only through Guandong Provincial Medical Records Statistical Software can achieve research goal.It is access to operation and easily to popularization with practicality,scientific,advancement,and obvious professional value and clinical application value.
