摘要
提出一种由计算机控制、用光栅编码尺测量位移精度的方法,特别适用于位移距离长、精度要求高的情况。
A measuring displacement accuracy system consists of a computer and an incremental linear encoder. Because of using PC7166 incremental encoder counter, the construction of the measuring system is simplified. This system is used especially in the condition of long displacement and high accuracy.
