研究生教育是培养高素质人才的重要阶段。医学研究生创新能力的培养是医学研究生教育的重中之重。如何保证和提高医学研究生的教育质量,培养具有较强创新能力的的医学研究生,已成为高等医学教育改革的主要课题。根据医学研究生的特点,对目前医学研究生创新能力培养存在的问题进行分析,从课程教育、考核机制、导师职责、学术交流和科研平台建设等层面进行论证,提出培养医学研究生创新能力的相关对策,探讨培养医学研究生创新能力的新模式。

Postgraduate education is a vital stage of high quality talent training.The trainging of innovation ability of postgraduate became top priority of medical postgraduate education.How to ensure and improve education quality of postgraduate and to train better innovation ability medical postgraduate have become a main topic of higher medical education reform.On the basis of analysis on current problems,some measures had been put forward to improve medical graduate innovation ability,which including course education,examinination mechanism,tutor,s function,science communion and scientific research and so on.It was concluded that the cultivate mode has potential benefits to help medical graduate students to raise innovation ability.
