载脂蛋白A5基因多态性与血脂代谢及冠心病关联研究

摘要 目的研究裁脂蛋白A5(ApoA5)-1131T〉C,1259T〉C及c.553G〉T基因多态性与血脂代谢及冠心病(CHD)的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)检测了54例CHD患者和58例健康人群的ApoA5多态性基因型和等位基因的分布,ApoA5基因型与CHD患者血脂水平的关系。结果两组间ApoA5等住基因和基因型频率存在明显差异。并得出:①ApoA5—1131T〉C与总胆固醇(CHOL)水平有关,(TC+CC)型比1vr型CHOI。水平高。②ApoA51259T〉C与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDILC)水平有关,(CT+TT)比CC型HDL-C水平高。③ApoA5c.553G〉T与三酰甘油(TG)水平有关,GT+TT型比GG型TG水平高。结论ApoA5的基因多态性与血脂代谢及CHD的发病率有一定的相关性(P〈0.05)。 Abstract=Objective To study of apolipoprotein A5 (ApoA5)-ll31 T〉C, 1259 T〉C and c. 553G〉T gene polymorphism with lipid metabolism and coronary heart disease (CHD) relationship. Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction frag- ment length polymorphlsm (PCR-RFLP) was detected in 54 cases of CHD patients and 58 healthy populations of ApoA5 polymorphism genotype and allele distributions, ApoA5 genotype and CHD of blood lipid levels in patients with relationship. Results In two groups of ApoA5 genotype and allele frequency differences. And concluded:①ApoA5-1131 T〉C and total cholesterol (CHOL) level, (TC+CC) than IT CHOL level high. ②ApoA5 1259 T〉C and high density lipoprotein choles- terol (HDL-C) level, (CT+TT) than CC HDL-C level high. ③Fhe ApoA5 c. 553G〉T and triglyceride (TG) levels,GT+TT than type GG TG level high. Conchtsion ApoA5 gene polymorphism with lipid metabolism and the incidence of CHD have a certain correlation (P〈0.05).
