摘要
为了研究光纤表面等离子体共振传感器的传感特性,利用TFCalc软件,仿真研究光纤表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感器的反射光谱特性。分别考查金膜和银膜的敏感膜对反射光谱特性的影响。仿真结果表明,金膜有更高的灵敏度,银膜则有较高的信噪比和检测精度。
In order to research the sensing properties of optical fiber sensors based on surface plasmon resonance,the reflective spectral properties of the sensors have been investigated by means of TFCalc software.The influence of gold film and silver film on the reflective spectral properties has been respectively studied.The results of the simulation show that gold film having a higher sensitivity and silver film having a higher SNR or detection accuracy.
