左归丸治疗精液异常男性不育76例临床观察

Effects of Zuogui Pill on the treatment of seminal abnormality

目的:观察左归丸对肾阴或肾精亏虚型精液异常男性不育患者精液质量、激素水平的影响。方法:160例符合纳入标准的患者等分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组给予左归丸(9g/次,tid),对照组给予左卡尼汀口服液(1支/次,Bid),共治疗12周;观察治疗前后两组患者精液参数、男性激素水平的变化;所得数据采用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组临床有效率为86.9%,对照组临床有效率为66.8%,治疗组痊愈率、显效率、总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组精液量、精子密度、精子活力百分率、液化时间治疗前后有较显著变化(P<0.01),与对照组比较在提高精液量、精子密度、液化时间方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在改善A及A+B级精子百分率方面无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组在治疗前后比较T水平变化显著(P<0.01),LH变化(P<0.05)有统计学差异。FSH、PRL、E2变化不显著,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。对照组各组激素水平变化无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左归丸在提高精液量、精子密度、精子活动率、液化情况等方面显示了很好的临床作用,同时对提高体内睾酮、促黄体生成素水平也有一定的作用。

Objectives： To observe the clinical effects of Zuogui Pill on semen quality and hormone level in the patients with seminal abnormality caused by kidney yin or deficiency of kidney - essence. Methods ： One hundred and sixty cases meeting the inclusive criteria were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were treated by Zuogui PiU（9g each time, tid ） ; the control group were treated by oral L carnitine（ 1 ampoule each time,Bid）. Both groups re- ceived treatment for 12 weeks. Then the change of the semen parameters and the hormone levels were compared before and after the treatment. Finally, all the obtained data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Results： The clinical effective rate for the treatment group was 86.9%, and the rate for the control group was 66. ~%. The recovery rate, the symptom improve- ment rate and the total efficacy rate in the treatment group were all significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0. O1 ）. There was significant changes in sperm volume, sperm density, mobile rate and liquefaction in the treatment group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The effects were significant in sperm volume, sperm density and liquefaction（ P 〈 0. 05） , but not statistically significant in A and A ＋ B degree spermic percentage （ P 〉 O. 05）. The changes of T level（ P ~ O. 01 ） and LH （ P 〈 0.05） were significant in the treatment group, but no significant differences were found in the changes of FSH, PRL and E2 （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Zuogui Pill can effectively improve sperm volume, sperm density, mobile rate and liquefaction, and can be quite helpful in in- creasing the serum testosterone and luteinizing hormone.
