顺行剥脱联合点状抽剥术治疗大隐静脉曲张34例体会

Antegrade Denudation Combined with Pointed Phlebectomy for Varicosis of Great Saphenous Vein and Therapeutic Observation:A Report of 34 Cases

目的：探讨适合基层医院开展的大隐静脉曲张的微创治疗方法。方法：总结某医院对34例大隐静脉曲张患者,施行高位结扎,顺行置入剥离器抽剥主干,去血带去血后点状剥除术,治疗后观察临床效果。结果：34例手术均顺利完成,单肢手术时间30~60min。术后随访3~12个月,所有临床症状消失,无复发病例。结论：该术式操作简单,创伤小,出血少,近远期治疗效果肯定,适合基层医院开展。

Objective： To discuss the proper minimally invasive treatment for great saphenous varicose in the primary hospital. Method： 34 great saphenous varicose patients, the author concluded the clinical effects after the treatment. During the treatment, the surgeon conducted a high ligation, put it into the glass container in the direct motion and strip the truck, operated an enuclearion after using the tourniquet. Result： All the operations in the experiment were carried out fluently, and the time of each operation on the single leg was 30- 60 minutes. The surgeon observed the patients after the operation for 3-12 months and found no recurrence. Conclusion： This kind of operation is easy to conduct with small ravage and few bleeding. And the effect for both short term and long term is obvious, so it＇s proper to conduct the minimally invasive treatment in the primary hospital.
