摘要
目的:探讨改进手术室大专以上学历护生的带教方法。方法:选择106例大专以上学历的护生,改进带教方法、心理疏导、体验式模拟教学,综合评价教学效果。结果:改进带教模式,护生在综合素质和技能等各方面都明显得到提升,提高了带教质量。结论:改进带教方法在手术室带教中值得推广。
Objective: To explore the effects of improved teaching in student nurses (3-year college or above) in operation room. Method: choose 106 student nurses with junior college edeation, through setting new teching mechanics, psychological counseling, and experience in simulation teaching, then to evaluate the timate teaching effectiveness. Result: by using the improved teaching up ul- method, the comprehensive quality and skills of the student nurses have been promoted significantly, which is worth spreading in future student-nurse teaching. Conclusion: improvement in the operating Room with teaching wroth promoting.
