In this paper, the present writers make an in-depth study of Project-file integration with information system, graphic schedule control tools through Silverlight and other related technologies, which will be applied to the web service and llS service to offer an easily-operated, directly perceived through the senses and scientific solution, thus helping the information system integrating Project-file and affording the graphic schedule control tools through webs.
