摘要
本文首先介绍了国产NA400可编程控制器的系统体系结构及配置,重点从编程与调试环境,系统通信网络,系统可靠性设计,针对水电厂的设计、性能价格比等方面介绍了NA400可编程控制器的技术特点,最后介绍了以NA400可编程控制器为核心控制平台的工程应用实例。NA400可编程控制器与传统PLC相比在顺序控制图编程、特色功能块、系统的开放性和可靠性等方面具有明显的特点。
This article first introduces the NA400 PLC system architecture and configuration. And the NA400 PLC technical characteristics is emphatically introduced next, focusing on the programming and debugging environment,system communications network, the systemic reliability of the design, the design according to hydroelectric power plant, cost and performance and other aspects. Finally the engineering application of the NA400 PLC is describe as the core control platform. Compared with the traditional PLC, the NA400 PLC has obvious advantage in sequential control and graphics programming, characteristic function blocks, openness and reliability of the system.
