河南煤业化工集团中原大化公司煤化工甲醇装置08合成单元用了一台艾默生700型气相色谱在线分析仪,用于对合成气中H_2、N_2、CO、CO_2含量进行在线分析,该分析仪是双载气、双检测器分析仪,分析流路多,分析成分达10种,结构复杂,维护繁琐,故障率较多,为正常使用该表,使该表能正常运行,现结合其工作原理、结构组成,就其常见故障进行剖析,以供在以后故障处理时作参考。
