左心室辅助装置逆转心衰病理改变的分子机制研究进展
The molecular mechanism research of left ventricular assist device reversing pathological changes of heart failure
摘要
随着生活水平的提高和寿命的延长,心力衰竭在中国的发病率成逐年上升趋势。目前临床上心衰诊断一经确定,5年内的死亡率超过60%,终末期心衰患者预后更差,即使经过药物治疗,1年内的死亡率仍达75%。随着疾病进展,心脏对药物治疗的反应不断减弱,因此疾病后期,供临床医生选择的有效治疗手段十分有限,患者的生存率和生活质量受到很大影响。
