和谐的党群关系是党和国家长治久安的根本保证。90年来,以毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛为代表的中国共产党人对和谐党群关系的构建历经了初步探索、继承发展、升华丰富、深化巩固四个阶段,提出了科学的理论观点,丰富了马克思主义党群关系理论。厘清中国共产党构建和谐党群关系的发展历程,对于推动党群关系和谐发展,构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。

A harmonious relationship between the CPC and the masses is the guarantee for the lasting stability of the Party and the country. Over the past 90 years, the exploration of the Party to build a harmonious relationship with the masses has experienced stages of preliminary exploration, inheritance, elevation and fortification, respectively. A thorough understanding of this evolution is of special significance for the construction of the Party- masses relationship and a harmonious socialist society.
