等离子射频消融术对慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘要 目的:分析下鼻甲等离子射频消融术对慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。方法:选择慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者106例,分为实验组和对照组。实验组72例,行下鼻甲等离子射频消融术;对照组54例,行下鼻甲部分切除术。术后随访6个月。观察并比较疗效。结果:两组术前术后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:下鼻甲等离子射频消融术治疗肥厚性鼻炎,更具微创性、功能性。
