美国K-12在线学习政策的实践样态、走向与启示

摘要 美国在线学习经过十多年的快速发展,在体制建设、法规建设以及支持性服务体系建设方面取得了很大的成就,形成了州领导的在线学习方案、跨学区的全日制在线学习方案、单一学区方案、联合与中学后在线学习方案等类型,并表现出建立全国标准以指导其发展、革新教与学的传输方式以及构建科学的评价体系等走向,对我国在线学习制度建设、办学体制多元化以及教学方式等具有重要的意义。
