六相异步电机的ANSOFT有限元分析

摘要 使用最为广泛的交流电机是三相电机,但是由于多相电机可靠性高、谐波成分小、性能好,多相电机将被广泛的应用。利用ANSOFT软件对相同定转子结构的三相电机和六相电机进行有限元分析,得到了三相电机和六相电机的空载磁力线、气息磁密分布曲线及其谐波含量、电机启动时的速度曲线及转矩曲线。分析结果表明,相同结构的三相电机和六相电机的性能基本相同;与三相电机相比,六相电机的5次、7次谐波基本消除,有利于电机效率的提高。 Three-phase motor is most widely used as a AC motor, but due to high reliability, small harmonic component and nice performance, multi-phase motor will be widely used. Three-phase motor and six-phase motor wiih the same structure of stator and rotor is analyzed in ANSOFT software, no-load magnetic field lines, flux density curve of airgap and the harmonic component, speed curve and torque curve of three-phase motor and six- phase motor are obtained. The results show that the start-up performance of three-phase motor and six-phase motor on the same structure is basically the same; compared with the three-phase motor, there is almost no 5 and 7 harmonics of six-phase motor, this is conducive to the improvement of motor efficiency.
