摘要
用硫酸钛与草酸按比例配合 ,析出草酸氧钛酸晶体 ,将其洗涤后在 75 0~ 82 0℃焙烧 ,因草酸氧钛酸分解时 ,其分子中较大部分成分以气体 :CO2 、CO、水蒸气形式挥发到空气中 ,从而固态产物成为纳米级的金红石型二氧化钛粉体。用透射电子显微镜 (TEM)测定 ,其粒径范围为 10~ 35 nm;用 X射线衍射 (XRD)测定 ,其晶型为金红石型。
ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS & MATERIALS (China), Vol 19, No 2, P 9 10 (Apr 2000) In Chinese Nanometer rutile TiO 2 powder is obtained by mixing Ti(SO 4) 2 and H 2C 2O 4 in proper proportion, washing the deposited crystals of H 2〔TiO(C 2O 4) 2〕, and calcining at 750~820℃ When crystals of H 2〔TiO(C 2O 4) 2〕 decomposed, most part of H 2〔TiO(C 2O 4) 2〕 change into CO 2, CO and water vapor, and evaporate TEM and XRD test results show that the grain size is 10~35 nm and the crystal structure rutile (7 refs )
