青春期学生单纯性肥胖综合干预效果评价 被引量:2

Effectiveness Evaluation of Comprehensive Intervention for Simple Obesity of Adolescent Students

摘要 目的针对笔者已经研究分析出的中学生单纯性肥胖的原因,探讨在单纯性肥胖学生中开展综合干预措施的效果。方法采用随机分层整群抽样的方法,抽取阳江市某所中学4个班级16~17岁学生共572人,通过体格检查筛选51名单纯性肥胖学生为干预对象,干预措施为以学校为主要场所,家庭为辅助场所采取健康教育和行为矫正、运动、饮食调整。以干预前后健康知识知晓率改善、行为危险因素改善、体质量、体质指数结果作为干预效果评价指标进行分析。结果综合干预前后比较,肥胖学生饮食健康知识知晓率均有明显提高(P<0.01);干预后,肥胖学生体质量、体质指数降低(P<0.05)。结论调查发现不良饮食习惯和缺乏运动是造成学生肥胖的主要原因,要早期预防青少年肥胖症的发生,笔者发现通过健康教育建立良好的行为习惯、调整饮食、加强体育运动的综合行为疗法是控制青春期学生肥胖行之有效的方法。 Objective To discuss effects of comprehensive intervention measures carried out on students with simple obesity,aimed at reasons we have researched and analyzed of simple obesity on middle school students.Methods Five hundred and seventy two students aged 16 to 17 years old in 4 classes in a middle school of Yangjiang by way of stratified random cluster were selected,and then sampling 51 students with simple obesity were selected by physical examination as object of intervention.The measures of intervention are health education,behavior modification,sports and diet adjustment.Improvement of awareness rate of health knowledge before and after intervention,improvement of behavior risk factor,and results of body weight body mass index are regarded as index for effectiveness evaluation of intervention to analyze.Results Before and after the comprehensive intervention,the awareness rates of health knowledge of diet for students with obesity were improved significantly(P0.01);after intervention,body weight and body mass index for students with obesity decreased(P0.05).Conclusion A survey revealed that bad eating habit and lack of exercise are main reasons why students are overweight.In order to prevent at early stage obesity on teenagers,we found the comprehensive behavioral therapy of establishing good habits,adjusting diet and strengthening sports is an effective method of controlling obesity of adolescent students.
