产后访视需求现状的调查研究

Investigation of Postpartum Visit Demand on Present Situation

目的了解产妇对产后访视的一般需求状况及其对产后访视具体内容的需求,以期更好地帮助产妇康复及新生儿成长。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对2010年1月-2010年12月在产科分娩的产妇进行调查,每月随机抽取30位共计360人,回收问卷后再行统计学处理。结果产后访视的总体需求占被调查产妇的74%;产妇的文化程度与产后访视需求无明显相关性,流动人口比常住人口对产后访视有更多的需求,而初产妇比经产妇有更多需求;产妇对访视内容的需求是多方面的,最想了解的是关于乳腺炎防治、产后营养/形体恢复和新生儿预防接种及母乳喂养等方面的知识。结论应加强产妇对产后访视必要性认识的宣教,提高访视率,访视时对产妇行全方位的指导,促进母婴的共同健康。

Objective To understanding the general demand and the specific content for the postpartum visit of maternal,in order to better help for maternal rehabilitation and neonatal growth. Methods Questionnaire survey way, on January 2010 to De- cember 2010 in our hospital obstetric delivery in a parturient with investigation, the monthly 30 were randomly selected, with a to- tal of 360 people; after the questionnaires, statistics processing was performed. Resnlts The overall demand for postpartum visit was about to 74% ;cultural level and the postpartum visit needs had no significant correlation, the floating population had more demand for the postpartum visit than the resident population;the content of the visit demand was many sided, want to know most was about mastitis control, postnatal nutrition/body recovery and neonatal vaccination and breastfeeding knowledge. Conclusion We should strengthen on maternal postpartum visit, improve the rate of visits, give the maternal full range of guidance, and pro- mote the health of both maternal and neonatal.
