在增加普外科研究生数量的同时,更应提高其质量。普通外科专业研究生的培养目标是培养出具有一定研究和创新能力的普通外科医生。这首先应加强临床技能的培训,临床能力是根本。只有在临床实践中才能产生真正的临床思维,正确的临床思维才能产生正确的诊断和治疗措施。选择临床课题是外科研究生培养的最佳捷径,外科实践是选题的源泉,也是研究的目标。培养临床研究生研究能力的目的是为了更好地解决临床问题。

In addition to increasing the number of graduate students in general surgery,we should improve their quality.The goal of general surgery postgraduate training was to cultivate general surgeon with certain research and innovation capacity.First of all,we should strengthen the training of clinical skills,clinical ability was fundamental.Clinical thinking came from clinical practice.Right clinical thinking can produce a correct diagnosis and treatment measures.Selecting clinical topics were the best shortcuts of training surgical graduate students,surgical practice was the source of subject selection and research objectives.The aim of clinical postgraduate research training was to better solve clinical problems.
