预见性护理干预在造血干细胞移植中的作用

The Role of Nursing Care Intervention for the Patients with Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

目的探讨预见性护理干预对造血干细胞移植患者的作用。方法将58例造血干细胞移植患者按随机数字法分为实验组和对照组,各29例。对照组给予传统常规护理,实验组在此基础上通过系统化整体护理,进行预见性评估,与患者及家属共同制定预见性护理计划,实施预见性护理方案。观察两组造血干细胞移植患者移植前后依从性、满意度和并发症的发生率并进行分析比较。结果经过护理干预后,实验组患者对护理依从性、生活方式、饮食供养、用药知识、预防感染等方面明显好于对照组;实验组并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预能改善造血干细胞移植患者的营养状况,提高了患者对护士的依从性和满意度,有效地降低了造血干细胞移植并发症。

Objective To investigate the role of nursing care intervention for the patients with the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods The 58 cases of hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,29 cases each.The control group was given with the conventional care,while the experimental group was on the basis of a systematic whole care,for predictability assessment,together with patients and their families to develop and implement nursing care plans.Then the nursing care plan implementation was observed in patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation before and after transplantation for the analysis and comparison of the compliance,the nursing satisfaction and complication rates.Results After the nursing intervention,the experimental group patients were much better than the control group patients on the compliance,lifestyle,diet support,medication knowledge and the prevention of infections;the incidence of complication of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Nursing care interventions made the nutritional status of the patients with the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation better,improved the nursing compliance and satisfaction of patients,and effectively reduced the complications of the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
