摘要
本文介绍了用立方氮化硼镀覆磨轮对雷达汇流环电刷进行磨弧工艺试验的过程和结果 ,以及该磨弧工艺的实际应用情况。该工艺解决了长期困扰制造周期的工艺瓶颈 ,取得了较满意的效果。
The experimental procedure and some results were introduced by the experiment of electric brush grinding using grindstone coated with cubic BN. The application of this grinding method was also discussed. The results showed that this method can greatly improve the grinding efficiently.
