摘要
压电器件及其应用的发展，取决于压电材料种类的更新和性能的提高。随着新工艺和新材料的出现，压电器件的应用也日新月异。文章介绍了压电材料近来的一些新应用及新工艺。
The development of piezoelectric devices and their applications depends on the renewing of piezoelectric materials and improvement of performance. With the appearance of new materials and new techniques, the applications of piezoelectric devices are changed with each passing day. This paper introduces some new applications and techniques of piezoelectric materials.
