摘要
采用均相沉淀法使NiCl_2溶液与沉淀剂NaOH反应,制备出纳米级Ni(OH)_2超微粉末。用XRD检测,证实其为电极用β-Ni(OH)_2,用TEM对样品进行形貌分析,结果表明,所得产物为不规则的颗粒状的纳米晶,粒径为 20~40 nm。研究还初步探讨了沉淀剂浓度、反应温度、配合剂用量等实验参数对纳米粉组成和结构的影响。并应用正交实验法,对工艺条件进行了优化。将制备出的纳米级Ni(OH)_2按一定比例掺入普通的球型微米级Ni(OH)_2中,充放电测试结果表明,比容量可增加约10%。
Nano powders of Ni (OH)2 were prepared by coordination-precipitate method. The sample was proved to be β-Ni(OH)2 which can be used as electrode material by XRD. And TEM was carried out. The results showed that the sample was with unregular shape,the size of 20 - 40 um. The effect of experimental parameters on the phase composition and structure has also been discussed,such as concentration of precipitate agent,the reaction temperature and the amount of coordination agent,etc. Some optimum conditions were found through the Optimum Seeking.Method. The urn β-Ni(OH)2 was mixed with the conventional Ni(OH)2 at an optimum weight ratio. The results showed that the discharged capacity has been increased 10% by cyclic votammetry measurements and analysis.
