摘要
从完备、科学和实用的角度出发 ,提出了从使命效能和潜在效能两方面度量武器系统效能的效能评估模式。通过引入使命系统和理想系统的概念 ,详细讨论了武器系统使命效能和潜在效能的度量方法。
From the overall, scientific and practical view of point, the article proposes a kind of effectiveness evaluation mode of weapon system, which measures the effectiveness of weapon system from mission effectiveness and potential effectiveness. By introducing the concepts of mission system and ideal system, it also discusses the measure methods of mission effectiveness and potential effectiveness in detail.
