摘要
目的:建立鸦胆子茎节组培快繁体系。方法:选用鸦胆子嫩枝为外植体,探讨基本培养基和外源激素对其离体再生的初代培养、继代增殖、生根培养的影响,并进行移栽试验。结果:鸦胆子的不定芽增殖、壮苗、生根的最佳培养基分别为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg·L^(-1)+IBA 0.1 mg·L^(-1)/2MS+香蕉汁20 g·L^(-1);1/2MS+IBA 0.1 mg·L^(-1)+NAA 0.1 mg·L^(-1)。炼苗基质为细沙时,成活率最高。
Objective: to establish the rapid propagation system for the stem node of Brucea javanica (L.) Merr. Methods: Using the stem note sagment of Brucea javanica (L.)Merr as explants to study the influences of minimal medium and plant growth regulators on the in vitro regeneration of tissue initial culture, subculture and rooting cuhureand to carry out transplant experiment. Results: The result showed that the best formula of proliferation, robust seedling and rhizogenesis are MS + 6-BA1.0 mg. L^-1 + IBA0. 1 mg. L^-1, 1/2MS + banana juice 20mg. L^-1, 1/2MS + IBA0. 1 mg. L^-1+ NAA0. 1 mg. L^-1, respectively. The survival rate reaches the top when using sands as culture medium.
