超声在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值

Discuss the value of ultrasonography in the differential diagnostic betwwen benign and malignant thyroid tumors

目的探讨超声在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法回顾分析101例甲状腺肿瘤的超声改变,并与手术后病理结果相对比。结果与病理诊断结果符合率:甲状腺单纯囊肿100%,结节性甲状腺肿囊性病变97.3%,甲状腺腺瘤囊性变90.4%,甲状腺乳头状囊腺瘤76.9%,甲状腺乳头状囊腺癌55.5%。结论超声在甲状腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断方面有较高的准确性,对大多数病例可于手术前做出定性、定位及鉴别诊断,为制定临床治疗方案提供重要信息。

Objective To discuss the value of ultrasonography in the differential diagnostic betwwen benign and malignant thyroid tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis 101 cases ,we analyse the changes of ultrasound in thyroid cancer and comparison with pathological examination. Result Compared with pathological dignostie, The rate of coincidence of simple thyroid cyst, cystic lesion in nodular goitre, cystic changes of thyroid adenoma, papillary cystadenoma of thyroid, Papillary Thyroid Cystadanocarcinomalwere respectively 100%, 97.3%, 90.4%, 76.9%, 55.5%. Conclusion The ultrasonic is accurate in the diagnosis of the benign and malignant thyroid tumors. Most of patients can be made qualitative and location diagnosis and differential diagnosis before operation. It provides important information of making clinical therapeutic scheme.
