72例严重外伤性肝破裂手术治疗的体会

The experience of surgical treatment of serious hepatic trauma in 71 cases

目的总结探讨外伤性肝破裂的手术治疗方法。方法回顾性分析72例外伤性肝破裂经手术治疗患者的临床资料,总结分析手术方法和治疗效果。结果 71例患者中治愈53例,占74.6%;死亡18例,占25.4%;术后出现并发症者19例,发生率为26.8%。结论外伤性肝破裂选择有针对性的手术方式治疗效果明确。

Objective Discussing surgical method of serious hepatic trauma. Methods Retrospectively reviewed surgical treatment of patients with serious hepatic trauma, analysing the surgical method and treating effect. Results 53 cases survived in 71 cases, survival rate 74. 6% ） ; while 18 cases died,death rate 8.3%. Conclusion Choosing appropriate operation type based on the severity of the liver and patients＇ situation having treating effect.
