无偿献血者皮下瘀血原因分析与预防方法

Analysis and Protection of the ecchymoma after drawing blood in vein for unpaid blood donor

目的分析无偿献血者献血后皮下瘀血的原因及预防方法。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2011年1月间6600例无偿献血者采血后出现皮下瘀血的人数,并予以追踪随访。结果 6600例无偿献血者中78例献血后出现皮下瘀血,发生率为1.19%;其中女42例,发生率(1.34%);男36例,发生率(1.04%),女性发生皮下瘀血的机会高于男性,两者具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论按压方法不正确、衣服袖口太紧,特别是女性无偿献血者精神过度紧张是引起采血后皮下瘀血的重要原因。加强告知和宣传作用,使其充分了解献血后的正确护理方法,可以起到预防效果。

Objective To study the cause and protection of the ecchymoma after drawing blood in vein for unpaid blood donor. Methods We investigated 6600 unpaid blood donor respectively from 2010. 1 to 2011.1. The cause and protection of the ecchymoma after drawing blood in vein were analysizcd. Results It in- dicated that frequency of the ecchymoma after drawing blood in vein for actionon unpaid blood donors was 1.19% （78/6600）. The frequency of the eechymoma in the women（ 1.34% ） was obviously higher than that in the man（ 1.04% ）. Conclusion The mental stress was the most important factor of the ecchymoma after drawing blood in vein for unpaid blood donor, we should carry on active propoganda, create good environment of blood sampling and improve the technique of puncture. So the ecchymoma would be protected and decreased.
