血清胱抑素C在糖尿病肾功能检测中的意义

目的探讨血清胱抑素C对糖尿病肾功能的检测意义。方法对我院2009年8月至2011年7月收治的85例糖尿病肾病患者进行血清胱抑素C、血肌酐和尿素的检验,比较三组患者的检出结果,并将结果进行统计学分析。结果使用血清胱抑素C的检出率为57.65%(49/85),明显高于其他指标对患者的检出率,差异有统计学意义。结论使用血清胱抑素C对糖尿病肾功能的检测具有更好的应用价值,值得在临床应用。

Objective To investigate the serum cystatin C in diabetic renal detect significance. Methods Serum cystatin C, creatinine and urea test on 85 cases of diabetic nephropathy in patients admitted to hospital in August 2009 - July 2011, three groups were compared in patients with detection results, and the results were statistically analysis. Results The use of serum cystatin C the detection rate of 57.65% （49/85）, significantly higher than other indicators of patient detection rate, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Endostatin serum cystatin C detection of diabetic renal better value, it is worth in clinical applications.
