高危前列腺增生症的经尿道前列腺部分切除术42例报告 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨高危前列腺增生(BPH)患者的治疗效果。方法经尿道前列腺部分切除术42例高危BPH患者。结果电切前列腺组织12~35 g,手术时间39~75 min,平均48 min。术后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)明显下降,最大尿流率明显提高,无一例出现前列腺电切综合征(TURS)及无围手术期死亡患者。结论经尿道前列腺部分切除术适用于高危BPH患者,手术安全,疗效满意;术中不必追求切除的量,而在于切除的部位。
