摘要
在多媒体业务方面,由于追求不切实际的业务发展量和发展速度,采用不规范的业务发展方式和方法等,出现了一些虽办理了上网手续,但却不消费或很少消费的所谓“零次”用户,致使用户的平均消费水平得不到正确反映,影响多媒体市场的健康发展。激活“零次”用户首先应合理调整资费,推出对用户有吸引力的收费标准和计费方法;其次要简化各种手续,提高服务质量;另外,还要通过加大宣传力度,搞好与用户的关系等措施,消除“零次”用户的存在。
Impractical multimedia service development pursuit in quantity and development speed and nonstandard service development methods led to some so-called 'zero-usage customers, who went through the access-to-network procedures with no or hardly any consumption.So, the average user consumption level could not be correctly reflected and the healthy development of the multimedia was hindered.To activate the 'zero-usage users, the first thing is to make reasonable tariff adjustment, and propose lucrative charges and billing methods; second is to simplify various procedures and improve QoS; measures such as strengthening publicity and user-relationship should be made.
