摘要
本文通过理论与实例相结合的方式研究了知识、品牌、渠道等无形资产的海外投资对提升企业核心竞争力的作用,进而探讨了中国企业实施海外无形资产投资的策略。作者认为,无形资产的海外投资增强了企业在核心技术、品牌形象、市场开拓能力方面的竞争优势,因此应当成为海外直接投资的重点;新建、并购、组建战略联盟是实施海外投资的主要方式;当前的全球经济危机对我国企业寻求海外无形资产有利有弊,投资策略要立足长远、注重风险控制和东道国的投资审核政策。
Combining theory and cases, this paper explores the influence of intangible assets, namely knowledge, brand and channel, on core competitiveness of enterprises, and further investigates the overseas investment strategy for Chinese companies. The results reveal that: the overseas investment on intangible assets increases the enterprises' competitive advantage on core technology, brand image and market development capability; establishing, M &A, and strategic alliance are main ways to implement overseas investment; the global economic crisis has both positive and negative influence on Chinese companies, thus the overseas investment should have long-run view, and emphasize risk control and host countries' review policy.
