摘要
本文在对专业人才需求状况及行业岗位能力要求充分调查的基础上,从人才培养目标与规格、教学内容和课程体系的改革、教学方式和方法的改革、教学管理和评价制度的改革等方面构建园林技术专业"三三式2+1"人才培养模式。
Based on full investigation of professional talents requirement and industry positions ability, from training objec- tives and specifications, the reform of teaching content and curriculum system, reform of teaching ways and methods, teach- ing management and evaluation system reform to build landscape professional ＂three-three type 2 ＋1＂ training mode.
