从本世纪初以来,中国的高等教育规模得到了明显的扩大,其中经济管理类专业的招生规模更是独领风骚,由此造成了人才培养中的种种新问题。东华大学管理学院坚持科学教育发展观,高举内涵建设大旗,在教学质量、学科建设、师资队伍建设,特别是校风学风、校园文化等软环境建设上下足功夫,同时在办学过程中采取了动态调整的方法,在有限资源的约束下,积极拓展发展空间,全面提升教育质量。

Since the beginning of this century,the scale of China higher education has been significantly expanded,economy and management specialty＇s enrollment is leading,new problems resulting in personnel training.Donghua University Science Education Institute of management development concept,connotation construction of holding high the banner,in the construction of contingent of teachers,teaching quality,and especially school spirit style,dynamic adjustment in the process of running at the same time,under the constraints of limited resources,actively expanding the development space,improving the quality of education.
