浅谈法律教学激趣

A General Discussion on Stimulating Interest in Law Course Teaching

摘要 法律课程是对学生进行德育教育的重要渠道,其内容一般比较抽象,理论性强。如果空乏的讲理论,就会在课堂上出现学生无精打采、昏昏欲睡、普遍厌学的局面。要扭转这种不利于教学的局面,教师就必须采用搞好课前预习、营造民主、宽松、和谐的课堂氛围、优化教学设计等多样的方法讲解课本上的理论知识,充分激发学生的学习兴趣。 Legal courses are an important channel in teaching moral education to students, whose content is generally more ab- stract and theoretical. If empty talk about theory is adopted in the course, the' class will be boring enough which makes students sleepy and even lose interest in this course. The author thinks that teachers should adopt different approaches to reverse this situation, for example, teachers should make good preparations before class, create democratic, liberal, and harmonious classroom atmos- phere, and optimize teaching design and other various methods to stimulate students' interest in learning the subject.
