探析志愿组织监督与评估机制的构建

Talking about the Construction of Voluntary Organization Monitoring and Evaluation Mechanism

志愿组织作为参与社会管理的基层组织,为广大群众无偿提供了必要的服务,弥补了政府和市场缺失的服务职能。近几年,志愿组织在社会结构转型中迅速发展起来,但对它的管理工作并没有跟进,特别是志愿组织的监督与评估更为滞后。本文通过陈述志愿组织监督与评估的现状,深入分析存在的问题,为推进志愿组织健康发展提出构建监督与评估机制的几点建议。

Voluntary organizations as grass-roots organizations to participate in the social management, provide the necessary services for the masses flee of charge, to make up for the service functions of government and market failure. In recent years, voluntary organizations in the transformation of social structure rapidly developed, but its management work didn＇t follow-up, monitoring and evaluation of the voluntary organizations morn lag. In this paper by the status of monitoring and evaluation through the statement of voluntary organizations, in-depth analysis of the problems, put forward several suggestions to build monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to promote the healthy development of the voluntary organizations.
