煤矿胶带运输系统故障数据的分析与应用

摘要 为了更好的对煤矿井下胶带运输系统的故障进行在线故障排查,帮助技术人员迅速发现故障原因,根据相关参数信息对故障进行预警。提出了几种分析方法,对故障参数信息、故障相关参数信息、相类似故障信息3个方面进行了对比分析。从而找到故障与导致故障的信息之间的变化关系,并形成煤矿自己的故障知识库。从而解决了井下胶带运输机在线故障排查的、故障预警的难题。 In order to better online troubleshooting the failure of the coal mine adhesive tape transport system to help technical personnel quickly discovered the cause of the malfunction,failure early warning in accordance with the relevant parameter information.Several analyt ical methods,the fault parameters,fault parameters were compared relative to the three aspects of the similar fault information.In order to find the changes in relations between the fault and cause a malfunction of the information,and the formation of the failure of the coal mine own knowledge base.To solve the problem of underground belt conveyor line troubleshooting,fault warning.
