小切口剪刮法根治腋臭手术体会

目的:应用微创小切口手术方法根治腋臭。方法:应用顺腋纹小切口联合剪刮法根治腋臭患者28例,术后采用打包法包扎创面,均获随诊3～12个月。结果:28例患者切口均Ⅰ期愈合,无血肿形成,无皮瓣坏死,腋区毛发较术前明显减少。结论:小切口剪刮法根治腋臭,疗效明显,并发症少,瘢痕隐蔽,无功能障碍。

Objective：To cure underarm odors through applying minimally invasive surgical methods of small incision. Method：the author has cured 28 patients with underarm odors through applying minimally invasive surgical methods of small incision along the armpit lines combining cutting and scraping from Oct. 2009 to Oct. 2011 ,and after operations pack bandage were used to bind up patients＇incisions, and all of the patients had been followed up 3 to 12 months. Resuit： Operative incisions of 28 cases were primarily healing without hematoma formation or skin flap necrosis, and after operations armpit hairs reduced significantly than before. Conclusion： the efficacy of small incision combining cutting and scraping to cure underarm odors is obvious with less complications, invisible scars and no dysfunction.
