非营养性吸吮对早产儿生长发育及黄疸的影响

目的:探讨早产儿生后早期非营养性吸吮(NNS)对其生长发育和黄疸的影响。方法:将需经间断鼻胃管喂养早产适于胎龄儿60例随机分为两组,观察组在治疗组的基础上在增加非营养性吸吮,并对两组早产儿的相关指标进行观察。结果:观察组患儿的恢复复体重时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05),喂养不耐受较对照组显著减少(P<0.05),且完全经口喂养时间亦明显缩短。观察组黄疸持续时间及黄疸严重程度均下降,两组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:早产儿早期使用NNS,能减少早产儿胃肠不耐受的发生,缩短达全肠道喂养的时间,促进早产儿的生长发育,降低高胆红素血症发生率。

Objective：To study the effect of early non - nutritive sucking （ NNS ） on growth and jaundice of premature infants. Methods ：Sixty premature infants appropriate for gestational age who ned intermittent nasogastric feeding were randomly divided into two groups, the NNS group adoptted NNS, Observe the body weight, the incidence rate of enteral feeding intolerance, the time of reaching complete enteral feeding and the value of pathological jaundice. Results：The time of reaching birth weight in NNS group was shorter than the control group, and there was astatistical significance between the difference of two groups. The incidence rate of enteral feeding intolerance in NNS group was lower than the control group, The time of reaching complete entral in NNS group was shorter than the control group, The differences had statistical significances. Conclusion： Non- nutritive sucking can decrease the occurrence of enteral feeding into terance, promote the functional maturity of gastrointestinal tract, quicken the growth of the premature infants and decrease the value of pathological jaundice. So it is worth spreading and utilizing in clinical medicine.
