根管治疗一次完成法的临床疗效观察

目的:观察根管一次性完成法的临床疗效。方法:打开髓腔,拔除根髓,预备根管,冲洗根管,消毒根管,充填根管,磷酸锌垫底,银汞永久充填。结果:对160例患牙进行一次性根管治疗,成功156例,失败4例,其成功率为97.5%。结论:根管一次性完成法的临床疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of single - Visit root canal therapy. Methods： open dental pulp cavity and uproot, make root canal preparations, such as sterilization of root canal, obturation of root canal,rebase of zinc phosphate, stuff of argental mercury. Results： 160 teeth were recorded, the rate of success is 97.5 %. Conclusion：Single -visit root canal treatment is feasible and satisfactory in clinical study.
