质控小组在护理质量控制中的作用

目的:了解质控小组在护理质量和医疗安全中的重要性。方法:由病区护士组成质量控制小组,对病区的护理质量进行全程、全面的持续监控。结果:2006年成立质控小组加强医疗安全管理以来,护理质量上了一个新台阶,降低了医疗安全事故及医疗纠纷发生率。结论:成立护理质控小组加强医疗安全管理,对提高护理质量,持续质量的改进,降低护理纠纷的发生率有着重要积极意义。

Objective：To understand that the quality control team plays an important part in nursing quality and medical safety.Methods：Forming the quality control team from ward nurses,monitoring the ward nursing quality comprehensively.Results：Since the establishment of quality control team to strengthen the medical safety management from 2006,the nursing quality has embarked on a new level,the medical dispute has been decreased.Conclusion：The establishment of nursing quality control team to strengthen the medical safety management has an important positive significance in improving the quality of nursing continuously and reducing nursing dispute rate.
