实现改革发展成果共享既体现党和政府的执政理念,又反映了人民群众的现实诉求。当前人民享受社会福利不足,加之权利意识增强,对社会公正的渴望高涨,要求政府提供更多的公共服务,这对改革发展成果共享提出了强烈的现实诉求。满足人民群众对改革发展成果共享的诉求要从实现进程、需求层次和参与主体等方面入手。

It is pointed out that realizing achievement sharing of reform and development not only represents the governing philosophy of the party and government but also reflects people＇s reality pursuit.It is expounded that nowadays people with less public welfare,stronger right consciousness and higher inspiration to social justice ask government for more public service,which proposes strong practical demands.Meeting the people＇s demands for sharing achievements of reform and development we should start from realizing process,demanding level and participative subjects.
