摘要 由于受到内在因素与外在因素的多重影响,致使现实中的给排水设备在其整个寿命周期内,不可避免地存在磨损、腐蚀、断裂、畸变等失效现象。为此,有必要深入了解其失效类型与基本影响因素。在此基础上,通过相应失效分析系统工程方法,以此查明失效部位,明确失效原因,从而为决策处理提供必要依据,确保水系统设备安全稳定运行,提高其综合效率,降低寿命周期费用。 Because of the multiple influences of internal factors and external factors, resulting in the reality of water supply and drainage equipments, failure phenomenon is existed in its whole life cycle inevitably, such as wear, corrosion, fracture, distortion, etc. So it is necessary to further understand the failure types and basic influencing factors. On this basis, through the appropriate systems engineering methods of failure analysis, to find out the failure parts and ascertain the causes of failure, the necessary bases for decision-making processing are provided, the safe and stable operations of the water system equipment are ensured, the comprehensive efficiency is improved, the life cycle cost is reduced.
