摘要
通过对上控制杆支架零件的结构分析,介绍了一模成形左右对称件的模具结构特点及模具的动作原理,研究和分析了零件在模具上的精确定位和此异形件成形的特点,实现了一模左右件制作的设想。实践证明,该模具结构合理,运行可靠,既方便加工又节省材料。
By structural analysis on the components of a upper control lever, the structural features and action principle of the die, which can form two parts distributing symmetrically in one step, were introduced. The accurate orientation of the part on the die and the forming characteristics of the irregular part were researched and analyzed to achieve the idea of making left and right pieces in one die. Proved in practice, the structure of the die is reasonable, and the operation is reliable, besides, this die is convenient to process and it saves the material.
