摘要 分析叶片零件的图样结构及加工精度要求,制订叶片零件的数控加工工艺,合理选择切削用量,使用Mastercam X5软件进行叶片的三维特征造型,规划叶片零件的放射状粗加工,叶片零件的曲面流线四轴精加工。经实体切削仿真得到无碰撞、无过切的轨迹,应用Mastercam软件为快速高效优质地加工复杂的叶片零件奠定了基础。 The pattern structure and the machining accuracy requirement of the blade part were analyzed and its CNC machining process was formulated, then the cutting dosages were chosen reasonably and the Mastercam X5 soft was used to model the three-dimensional features. After that, radial rough machining and four-axis fine finishing of surface flowline for the blade part were planed. Finally, the collision free and over cutting free trajectory was obtained by entity cutting simulation. The application of Mastercam soft lays a foundation for machining the blade part fast, efficiently and with top quality.
