数控机床坐标系功能在多工位级进模制造中的应用

摘要 针对级进模工位间距精度要求高、加工制造难度大的技术难题,利用数控机床坐标系功能建立多个工件坐标系,解决了模具制造中各型孔工位间距精度的问题。该方法能够有效简化模具工艺过程,大大缩短生产周期和有效降低成本。 In view of the technical problems that the high accuracy is required in progressive die station spacing and it is difficult to be processed and manufactured, many workpiece co- ordinate systems were established with the function of CNC machine coordinate system. And then, each hole station spacing accuracy problem in the die manufacturing process was solved. By this method, the die processes are effectively simplified, the production cycle is greatly shortened and the costs are significantly reduced.
