摘要
在机械制造中,模具因热处理质量不佳,产生变形缺陷而导致报废,控制模具的热处理变形是生产中的关键问题。介绍了模具的常规热处理、模具的表面处理技术和模具热处理的硬度检测方法,分析了模具热处理缺陷的原因,探讨了模具热处理变形缺陷的影响因素,同时,指出了预防对策,以提高模具产品的质量和使用寿命。
In manufacturing, deformation defects were generated to cause failure because of the poor heat treatment quality for the die, so controlling the heat treatment deformation of the die is the key problem in production. The conventional heat treatment of the die, die surface treatment technology and of the hardness testing methods of die heat treatment were introduced. The reasons of defects for die heat treatment were analyzed, and the influencing factors of deformation defects for die heat treatment were discussed. Meanwhile, countermeasures were pointed out to improve the product quality and die service life.
