摘要 山西水资源贫乏 ,人均占有量为全国人均值的 17% ,平均 1 3年受旱一次 ,长期以来雨养农业的被动局面未能得到根本改观。集雨微灌工程的建设与推广为山丘区农业生产的发展注入了活力 ,截至 1999年底全省累计建设旱井 3 5万眼、截流闸 5 17座 ,新增山区节水灌溉面积 6 67万hm2 。集雨微灌提高了天然降水的利用率 ,实现了降水分配的人工调节 ,是生态农业建设的关键工程 。 Shanxi is short in water resource with per capita water resource only 17% of national average, and drought happens once every 1 3 years on average. There have no basic change of agriculture depending on rainfall. Construction and extension of the project of micro irrigation through rainfall collection has brought about vigor to agriculture in mountainous and hilly area. Up to the end of 1999, there have been rainfall collection wells of 350 thousands, water blockage gates of 517 constructed with increased irrigated land of 66 7 thousand hm 2. Increasing the utilization ratio of rainfall and realizing artificial adjustment of rainfall distribution, rainfall collection irrigation is the key for ecological agriculture construction and will promote healthy development of rural economy in Shanxi mountainous regions.
