摘要
为解决制造商和零售商构成两级供应链中考虑保修期限促销策略的协调问题,建立了市场需求是受保修期限策略影响的随机变量条件下的集中协调和分散协调的供应链决策模型,分析了批发价格契约无法实现供应链协调,提出了一种收入与保修服务成本共享组合契约协调机制。在质量提升情况下,收入与保修服务成本共享契约中批发价格、收入与保修成本分担比例等契约参数无需变化仍能协调供应链。算例分析说明了收入与保修服务成本共享契约协调机制的有效性,并分析了契约主要参数对供应链绩效的影响。
To deal with supply chain coordination under the promoting strategy in the term of service, the two-echelon sup- ply chain consisting of a single supplier and a single retailer is studied. The centralized and decentralized supply chain coor- dination models are developed based on the market which is characterized with a term of service sensitive random demand. It is proved that the wholesale contract does not coordinate the supply chain. A revenue and term of service cost sharing coordi- nation contract is presented. Its original parameters including the wholesale price, revenue and warranty cost share rate still coordinate the supply chain under quality improvement. A numerical experiment is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the contract and the influence of the contract parameters on the supply chain.
